Living Well with Type 2 Diabetes

FREE virtual info session for anyone aged 18+ who is living with Type 2 diabetes and/or their family member/caregiver. You will learn the basics of Type 2 diabetes, why it is important to manage diabetes and how to manage diabetes with an action plan.
