Do you accept new patients?
There are two ways to become a patient at CarePoint Health:
• A connection from your family physician who is affiliated with CarePoint Health. Check to see if your doctor is affiliated. If your family doctor is not affiliated, they are welcome to connect with our team to learn about affiliation.
• If you don't have a family doctor, we can connect you to primary care through our CarePoint Connects program.
Anyone living in Ontario and over the age of 18 can access the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program.
What services and programs do you offer?
Affiliated Patient Services
We provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive health screenings, chronic disease management, mental health support, immunizations, and minor procedures, delivered through a primary care team. Your family physician must be affiliated with us and provide a referral to access our services.
